Important Notes:
This policy covers damage that occurs during shipping or manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage caused by misuse or accidents.
Replacements are for the same item originally purchased. We do not offer exchanges for different products.
We reserve the right to determine whether a product is eligible for replacement.
